The project’s objective was to bring the "dealery experience" into the digital realm, focusing on high-impact visuals and a frictionless user journey. Buying a car is an emotional and financial milestone, and the website needed to reflect that gravity through premium design and technical perfection. We aimed to create a virtual showroom that feels as sophisticated as the vehicles themselves. The project involved deep integration between high-end photography, interactive 360-degree configurators, and a streamlined payment gateway that maintains trust and security at every step.

Problem

The existing automotive e-commerce landscape was plagued by "legacy design"—slow-loading pages, cluttered spec sheets, and a cold, transactional feeling. For Velocity Motors, the previous site felt more like a warehouse catalog than a luxury showroom. Users found it difficult to visualize the cars in detail, and the configuration process was buggy and unintuitive on mobile devices. This led to high drop-off rates at the most critical stage: the customization. The brand was losing potential buyers to physical showrooms where they could get a better "feel" for the brand, but the company needed to drive digital sales to scale effectively in the global market.

We redesigned the e-commerce experience from the ground up with a focus on "Cinematic Commerce." The homepage greets users with full-screen, high-definition video loops that capture the car in motion, immediately setting an aspirational tone.
